ONE supplied, grew, planted, established, and initially maintained the turfgrass for this gorgeous David Dale / Golfplan 18-hole design in Ninh Thuan, in the southern part of Vietnam's famous Nha Trang / Cam Ranh Bay tourist district.
Right on the ocean, the project was designed from the start to incorporate brackish water into its supply, reducing freshwater needs and making seashore paspalum the smart turfgrass choice.
ONE imported Platinum TE paspalum directly from the certified farm in Georgia, in the USA; established and managed the off-site nursery to grow the grass; planted all 18 holes; hired and trained permanent staff; and has maintained the course while it works to open under IMG management, an ongoing project that ONE has made work through all the difficulties of Covid.
